TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seven Hot Pilates website, booking platform, memberships, class packages, studio services, retail offerings, events, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or package, booking or attending a class, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. STUDIO SERVICES

Seven Hot Pilates Kendall LLC (“Seven Hot Pilates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Pilates, fitness, heated fitness, wellness, retail, and related services.

Class schedules, instructors, formats, temperatures, amenities, operating hours, and availability may change at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, substitute, cancel, or reschedule classes or instructors when reasonably necessary.

2. ACCOUNTS AND BOOKINGS

Clients may be required to create an account and maintain a valid payment method on file to book classes or purchase services.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.

Bookings are subject to availability and applicable studio policies.

3. MEMBERSHIPS AND CLASS PACKAGES

Memberships and class packages are subject to the pricing, expiration dates, booking restrictions, and other conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Memberships are personal to the individual who purchased them and may not be shared, transferred, or resold unless Seven Hot Pilates expressly permits otherwise.

Promotional, introductory, founder, discounted, or special memberships may have additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize Seven Hot Pilates and its payment providers to automatically charge the payment method associated with your account at the frequency and price disclosed when you enroll.

Recurring charges will continue until the membership is canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to your membership.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Applicable price changes will be communicated as required by law or the terms of your membership.

a. SUBSCRIPTION & MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

All recurring memberships and subscriptions require a minimum of 30 days’ advance written notice to cancel.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Seven Hot Pilates at least 30 days prior to the requested cancellation date. Memberships will remain active during the 30-day notice period, and any scheduled recurring payment that falls within this notice period will still be processed.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Class reservations are subject to Seven Hot Pilates’ current cancellation and no-show policies.

Late cancellations and missed reservations may result in a fee, loss of a class credit, or other consequence disclosed through our booking system or studio policies.

Policies and applicable fees may vary by membership, package, promotion, or class type.

6. REFUNDS

Except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, memberships, class packages, drop-in classes, promotional purchases, and other studio services are generally non-refundable.

Retail merchandise may be subject to a separate return or exchange policy.

7. CLASS ARRIVAL

Clients should arrive with sufficient time to check in before class.

For safety and to minimize disruption, late entry may be restricted or refused. A client who is not permitted to enter because of late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show under the applicable studio policy.

8. GRIP SOCKS

Grip socks are required for Pilates classes unless Seven Hot Pilates specifies otherwise for a particular class or activity.

Clients who arrive without appropriate grip socks may purchase them at the studio, subject to availability.

9. HEATED CLASSES

Certain Seven Hot Pilates classes take place in a heated environment.

Exercise in heated conditions may increase physical demands and risks, including dehydration, overheating, dizziness, fainting, or other adverse reactions.

Clients are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and should stop exercising and notify an instructor if they feel unwell.

10. HEALTH AND PARTICIPATION

Participation in exercise and fitness activities involves inherent risks.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate in our classes and activities. You should seek appropriate medical guidance before participating if you have questions or concerns regarding your ability to safely exercise.

You agree to inform the instructor of relevant injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or other circumstances affecting your ability to safely participate when appropriate.

Seven Hot Pilates instructors do not provide medical diagnoses or medical treatment.

a.  INJURY, PREGNANCY, POSTPARTUM, SENSITIVITIES:

If you are recovering from an injury, recently postpartum, or have physical or sensory sensitivities, please inform the instructor prior to the start of the class.

Heated classes are not recommended during pregnancy due to potential increases in core temperature from infrared heat. We offer non-heated classes and private, non-heated 1:1 sessions as safer alternatives.

11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation in Pilates, heated exercise, strength training, stretching, and other physical activities involves inherent risks of injury.

A separate liability waiver, assumption-of-risk agreement, or informed consent may be required before participating in Seven Hot Pilates classes or events.

These Terms are not intended to replace any separate liability waiver or release presented to you by Seven Hot Pilates.

12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Seven Hot Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Clients are encouraged to keep valuables secure and avoid bringing unnecessary valuables into the studio.

13. STUDIO CONDUCT

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, employees, contractors, and other clients.

Seven Hot Pilates may refuse service, remove an individual from a class or premises, suspend booking privileges, or terminate a membership for conduct that is threatening, abusive, harassing, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or materially inconsistent with studio policies, subject to applicable law.

14. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Photography or recording of other clients, instructors, or staff without appropriate permission is prohibited.

Seven Hot Pilates may separately request consent to use photographs or videos for promotional or marketing purposes. Where consent is required, participation in our services alone does not constitute such consent.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Seven Hot Pilates name, logos, branding, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, class materials, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Seven Hot Pilates and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used without authorization, except as permitted by law.

16. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with website operation, use automated systems to abuse booking availability, or engage in fraudulent activity.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party platforms to provide booking, payments, communications, e-commerce, analytics, or other services.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

18. PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Promotions, introductory offers, discounts, giveaways, and special memberships may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, restrictions, and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seven Hot Pilates and its owners, managers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any separate agreement between you and Seven Hot Pilates.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
